I am exhausted but awake; I blame working out. Evening is the best time schedule-wise, but I'm noting a trend of still-awake-at-one-a.m. (or two, for that matter) on the nights we go workout. I know this can be an issue, but I'm hoping it doesn't persist.

The house is full of snores, but that's not helping. I'll go lie down and listen to my body scan meditation, which isn't something I want to train myself to sleep to but is relaxing. And I do often drift off while listening to it, even when I don't want to do so.
