Dental appointment at 8 a.m. (downtown) -- to finally (crossing available extremities) get the veneers put on my teeth. I hope the crowns are still going to fit after all this, most of the temp material has cracked off long ago. The first appointments in the series took about 3 hours; I'm not sure about this one, but I hope it really doesn't take too much longer than that because next I have:
Pshrink appointment at 2 p.m. (in Fremont) -- this shouldn't take much more than an hour max, it's medication management although I'm sure she will have questions for me about treatment, since I didn't consult her before checking in, and had to have Ted/Mom cancel an appointment with her that had been set up for earlier this month because I was in same. On the other hand she's very supportive of the not-drinking thing, going to rehab, etc.
That should give me a little time to kill, maybe get some late lunch/early dinner - I predict yoghurt or a smoothie (see item 1) before I have to get myself on the bus and down to Tukwila for IOP at 6 p.m. at Highline. Wee!
I went to the Woodland Park Women's meeting last night, I was sort of supposed to meet a friend of a friend but we didn't manage to connect. I was a little uncomfortable but mostly that was because everyone clearly knew each other really well, so even though they were very welcoming it was hard sometimes to keep track of what was going on. My little counter tells me today is day 33.
