Saw it again last night with
The first time I saw it, I found it less creepy than I was expecting. This second time, I found it more creepy than I remembered. I'd recommended a friend not worry about taking her child along with her to see it, since I came away from the first viewing thinking "wow, much more kid-friendly than I expected." wince I expect everything will still be fine - the child is resilient and well exposed to the fantastic - but I'm waiting to see if I have accrued a debt of apology.
If you are a Henson fan, a McKean fan or a Gaiman fan, do go see it. It looks like it has been extended through the 20th at least, according to the Varsity listings on the Seattle Weekly site.
