12:57 am - snow report II
Back from my latest fact finding mission (I took out the garbage - down a hill no less) and I can aver that it is indeed sticking to the sidewalk and lawns, although the road is still wet enough and trafficked enough that I believe it can essentially be called clear.

The sidewalk was slippery enough that I slid a bit walking down the hill a couple of times. YMMV due to the bizarre surface-to-weight ration occasioned by my reputedly minuscule feet.

This is Cithra, reporting in from the intersection of Holly and 35th Avenue SW in West Seattle, where the storm continues to rage, threatening accumulation of under an inch.

Oh, and rumor has it WE ARE ALL GOING TO DIE!

Unless you're Sharkins, who's probably snowbound and huddling with her dogs by this time, living as she does out there in the high boonies.

Snow! I love snow. Well, what I love is a nice cup of hot chocolate (check), a warm blanket (check), and no need to go out into the pretty snow. (*mutter* snowfields *mutter*)

I went out into the "snow". All I found was a few wet flakes, a lot of rain, zero accumulation , heartbreak, despair, and broken dreams.

Really? Because I lost my heartbreak and despair a while back. No, on second thought, you can keep them.
