03:13 pm - bits
Strange bits of dreams keep popping back into my head - Ulysses bringing home a box of macaroni & cheese because he'd been sent out to get hot food that was good but wasn't pizza or teriyaki from the place down the street. Some one doing fortune telling that included drawing a labyrinth on paper. Me talking with people on a boat about tattoos, and wondering where the tattoo I had on my back had gone when I tried to show it to someone.

At the count of three you are wondering why I keep drawing cats.

Why wouldn't you draw cats? Cats are fun to draw. I even draw cats, and I don't draw much at all.

Hmm. Well cats give me allergies. Even just drawings of cats remind me of allergies I once had. In my case, the drawing of cats is directly related to the fact that someon gave me a Maxfield Parrish book.

And now, because I have filled your journal with evilness, here's the same cat drawing, colored in the style of Yves Klien:

And another where I emulate printing gone bad in two ways: One, the rubylith is cut sloppily, and two it's out of register. Unfortunately, you can tell this was done on a computer, because the outline of the cat color matches the reversed out part of the red exactly. This would never happen if the cutting was done by hand (and was so sloppy elsewhere). Unless it were done by an expert. Except that there is no trapping. So that shoots that theory out of the water:
