Joy cooks: film at eleven

I have a freezer full of vegetarian chilli. Go figure. I'm kind of proud, actually. It's the amazingly easy "cans" recipe that the Silver Mist folks will be familiar with - I made up a double batch, then put it in containers and froze it. (Well, I had a bowl for lunch too, but that only makes sense.) Of course, I had to experiment - so I threw in some garbanzo beans. And I didn't actually get to the store for the green chilies, so I made up for the missing 'hot' with Tabasco and spices.

Not a bad result for a Sunday afternoon, if I do say so myself.
