The idea that damn near one in four people of those who answered are willing to kiss that protection goodbye... it gives me more than the normal pause. What are they thinking?!?!

Oh wait, I know what they're thinking - they're thinking that of course it will only be the "bad guys" who will suffer the effects of bearing the burden of proof of innocence. Surely the spotlight would never be mistakenly turned on them.
