My first experiment with decaffeinated chai went ok. It tasted decent enough for me to wonder if I'd actually gotten the proper stuff.
I fret and feel wimpy, but I have got to start getting more sleep during darkness. Or find a new line of work...
Sometimes a shower is really all I need to feel better. Physically yes, it's always nice to feel clean - but even mentally and mood-wise I'll come out feeling much happier. There's something meditative about the purely physical-ness of washing, I suppose, and the sound of the water is nice, and heat/hot water is relaxing - there's some kind of synergy there for me, though.
So I'm feeling clean, and happy, and I'm off to see the Spiderman movie, of all things. And I'm going to have a good time, damn it. So there.
